Sign up or log in to save this to your schedule and see who's attending!

Snapshots are a series of quick 10 minute presentations followed by discussion. 1. Modeling CRISPR. We will make paper models of CAS-9 and guide RNA to cut and rejoin DNA by homologous repair. 2. Global Harmonized System (GHS), Chemical Labels for the Teaching Laboratory. Learn how to make clear and concise GHS secondary container labels for the chemistry and biology teaching laboratory, including pictograms. 3. Facts in a Basket or Integrated Understanding – You Choose. Teachers design and deliver instruction. This snapshot challenges teachers to reflect on the question: Are you teaching to build a tree or construct the forest?
