Aimed at teachers of a forensic science unit or class or AP bio, this presentation goes through the analysis of DNA fingerprint (electropherogram) data. Classroom-ready paper activities will walk participants through data analysis and interpretation in the contexts of relationship testing and identity. One of the activities is a great illustration of applied Hardy-Weinberg population statistics-based analysis of allele frequencies.
