Dr. Tanzeem Ali is an assistant professor at the Department of Education at the University of Wisconisn-Superior. Her educational experience is in Environmental Management, Natural Resource Management and Science Education with teaching experiences in both K-12 and in Higher Education focusing on Science Education in bilingual schools in Asia (1998-2005) and Public Universities in the Mid-West (2009-current). One of her recent publication contribution includes a resource for Environmental Educators in Wisconsin, titled "Environmental Education Activities for Teacher Educators: A sampling from Wisconsin". Dr. Ali is a member of the Wisconsin Society of Science Teachers (WSST) since 2016, Wisconsin Association of Environmental Educators (WAEE) since 2017 and Teacher Education Network for Environmental Education (TENFEE) since 2017 and National Science Teachers Association (NSTA) since 2016. She is an active member of the TENFEE and WAEE with presenting in WAEE annual winter workshops in 2018 and 2019 and participating in summer workshops organized by TENFEE for IHE educators as well. She is also a member of the planning committee for the WSST Annual Conference in 2020. She loves to hike and work in her garden with her two sons in the the Twin ports area.
